Recently on social media, award-winning investigative journalist Jennifer Lewke caught the attention of NASCAR fans. This was because she posted a video clip of her two sons trying to emulate a NASCAR pit stop. According to her, they love the stock car series so much that they were practicing.

One of her sons was acting as the driver, while the other was pantomiming to change the tires. It is also worth mentioning that they managed to dress up a toy car to resemble a NASCAR car. Of course, the two boys are still very young and there is plenty of time to cultivate their interest in the sport.

In all honesty, there are so many avenues that NASCAR can open for them and others in the future. If they’re not driving, they could be part of the team as a pit crew member.

At least the two boys are getting a head start and are having fun doing it. It is also worth mentioning that many fans found the NASCAR pit stop re-enactment adorable.

What did NASCAR fans think of the video?

The general consensus was that the scene of the two children practicing a pit stop was really cute. Others found the scene quite hysterical and couldn’t wait for more. For now, everyone is simply content with sitting and enjoying the 2022 NASCAR Cup season. Last weekend, the Cup and Xfinity Series drivers were on a break, but the Truck drivers were racing at Knoxville.

Now, the paddock heads to the Nashville Superspeedway as the Cup and Xfinity battles resume. In the Cup arena, there are just a handful of Playoff berths available, and 10 races remaining.
