The 27-year-old was named the Most Popular Driver of the competition in 2023. He celebrated this achievement with a tweet under which fans expressed their appreciation.

Huffman might not have made a name for himself in one of NASCAR’s biggest competitions but he has won several other accolades that are quite commendable. Most recently, the 27-year-old was the victor of the 2023 Old North State Nationals. He also won the Paramount Kia Big 10 Challenge in 2015 and was the Hickory Motor Speedway Track Champion in 2022. This year, he will be looking to be a champion in the CARS Tour.

Landon Huffman drives the #37 car for Jimmy Mooring Racing in the competition and there will be a lot of eyes on how he performs in 2024. Now that he is the competition’s most popular driver, there will be a lot of pressure on him to win the title. One man who knows all too well about the pressure of being the Most Popular Driver in any competition is Dale Earnhardt Jr (15 MPD awards in the Cup Series). However, unlike Junior, Huffman would actually want to win the series. That, however, is easier said than done.

Landon Huffman is a master of the short track, but he recently got a taste of superspeedway racing at the Daytona International Speedway. The 27-year-old was one of the several drivers who tested ARCA cars at the venue ahead of the start of the new season.
