He added, “My daughter Audrey I feel like she’s gonna be the racer because she’s a tomboy she wants to be part of the boys and playing in the dirt and she’s just very intense like you can see it in her eyes”.

Kyle’s observations highlight Audrey’s fierce personality and a genuine passion for the sport, fueling his belief in her potential. However, it is not just Kyle who has a prophecy for Larson.

Mike Larson, Audrey’s grandfather, echoes Kyle’s sentiment, emphasizing her independent and opinionated nature. He remarks, “She wants to tell you something, she’s gonna tell you. Just her attitude, she’s a tough one, and she’s got an opinion,” and further suggested that Audrey is not easily influenced by comparisons to her father or her uncle Brad, suggesting that her journey as a racer might have its unique path.

He further added, “I just have this feeling that Audrey she’s got the potential to be the next big-time racer in this family“

While Audrey’s parents, Kyle and Katelyn Larson, are thrilled about their daughter’s interest in racing, they also acknowledge the challenges and responsibilities that come with it. Katelyn expresses excitement about Audrey’s desire to race but admits to feeling a little nervous due to her daughter’s temper. She said, “She wants to race which makes me excited I think that’s great a little nervous because I feel like she’s got a bit of a temper” while Kyle playfully added, “She’s feisty I’m afraid like if some kid gets in her she’s gonna go fight” 

Katelyn further added, “Maybe at four years old isn’t the best time to start for her right now,” expressing her hesitation with Audrey’s early career start.

Mike Larson reveals that Audrey’s enthusiasm for racing has already prompted her to request a car, a uniform, and a helmet. He shares how Kyle has indulged her wishes, further fueling her passion for the sport. “I mean she’s already told Dad I want a car and I want to start practising…dad’s gone out and gotten all that in the last month or so,” Mike said, “There’s a push out there to get girls up, especially to NASCAR.” 

With her father, Kyle, and her grandfather, Mike, foreseeing great potential in Audrey, the stage is set for the rise of the next racing prodigy in the Larson family. As Audrey continues to grow and explore her love for racing, the Larson family’s unwavering support and belief in her abilities will undoubtedly shape her journey toward achieving her dreams on the racetrack.
