The past few days must have been filled with joy for Ryan Blaney. As the holiday season draws close, there is no doubt that there will be a massive party in the Blaney household given that he is now the Cup Series champion. The 29-year-old celebrated with his loved ones when he lifted the Cup Series trophy on Sunday but he has been having some disagreements with his partner. And now, she has found someone to help double down on her arguments.
Ryan Blaney and Gianna Tulio have been a couple for three years now. They are certainly one of the most loved couples in NASCAR today. However, Ryan doesn’t always live up to his girlfriend’s expectations when it comes to appearances, especially when it comes to facial hair.

Apart from being one of the most talented and dedicated drivers in the Cup Series today, Ryan Blaney is known for trying out different physical outlooks. But one aspect of his current look is bothering Gianna Tulio and that is his mustache.
In a recent interview with Barstool Racing, the 2023 Cup Series champion revealed his facial hair traditions. Every year when the Cup Series goes into the playoffs stage, Ryan Blaney starts growing out his facial hair. He is usually clean-shaven for most of the year but towards the end, he completely grows his beard out until January next year.
“I grow it during the playoffs, I do it every year and it stays with me all through the winter. Then I shave it off for media day in January. She likes it, she wishes I would trim a little bit more than I do. I let the mustache grow out too far and she doesn’t like that, but I think a strong mustache makes a man like if you can go and get ‘stached that’s pretty awesome. So you can’t take away that power. So she puts up with it and I thank her for it. It’s only a few months in a year too that she has to put up with it,” Blaney said.

What he also grows out with the beard is his mustache and that is something Gianna Tulio has a problem with. Being a successful model herself, Tulio understands fashion and beauty but that hasn’t dissuaded Blaney from growing his facial hair out. Unfortunately, some people agree with Tulio more than him.
Barstool Racing host Large also seems to agree with Ryan Blaney’s girlfriend when it comes to his choices in facial hair. He was very straightforward with the 2023 Cup Series champion when he spoke about which look suited him better and Gianna Tulio was chuffed with his support. She shared a part of the interview on her Instagram story, captioning it, “Some brutally honest facial hair talk with Cup Series champ.”
Gianna has always been a constant supporter of Ryan Blaney and she is frequently spotted at race tracks supporting her man. The Hooters model had uploaded a powerful picture to her Instagram Story a few hours after he won the Cup Series.

Ryan Blaney indeed did make history. It was the first time he had even found himself in a championship race but he did not seem out of place at all. Fending off challenges from Kyle Larson and William Byron, the #12 driver gave Roger Penske back-to-back Cup Series triumphs for the first time in his storied career. In a picture, Gianna Tulio and Ryan Blaney were seen together. Hand on hearts with a lot of poise, she captioned it, “You made history baby.”
