Just a while back, nine-year-old Bexton called Samantha Busch the most important woman of her life. Meanwhile,  Kyle has previously accepted that he loves his wife’s passion for life and that she is not afraid of telling him when he is wrong. Samantha Busch is always on track, accompanying her husband and kids.

Currently, in Oklahoma for the 40th annual Tulsa Shootout, where both Kyle and Brexton are competing, Samantha Busch is a rock, as well as a stress buster. In a funny video shared by her on Instagram, one can see the three in a room, going through the morning affirmations. “I love you all. You are beautiful. And, never forget that everyone is a princess.” The POV? Samantha says she is trying to hype up the team. And that “looks like the pep talk worked.”  In a way, Samantha’s magic may have worked its charm. Kyle Busch returned to winning ways as soon as he began his first race at the event.

Competing in the non-Wing category of the Outlaw Class, Busch stunned fans by first winning in a car with a wing, and then in a non-wing car in back-to-back races. Fans could really see Rowdy enjoy himself during the event, most prominently because of what he said after the race. “Just worried about f—ing ripping the top or not… I got goosebumps; I don’t know, man that thing felt so good. It’s harder to get in and out of the car than it is to race. That motor dude, I’m telling you, it f—ing screams. Alright, I’m done for the day. Peace out.”

Given the way the 2024 season turned out for Kyle Busch, a positive start at the grassroots level of racing is just what he needs to regain his mojo. After all, 2024 was one of his worst seasons since he started in the sport as a rookie. He’s been on a streak of over 50 races without a win, and what’s worse is that not winning in 2024 ended a 19-year-old record of winning every single year. And it wasn’t that Rowdy wasn’t performing well. He got extremely close to winning races, except they always seemed to end with a rival winning.

Perhaps some motivation from his wife is all he needs to hear at the start of every race to get the results. Regardless, it wasn’t just Rowdy Samantha Busch motivated.

During the Jr. Sprint A race on Saturday at the Tulsa Shootout, Brexton Busch achieved an impressive feat by starting in pole position with his number 18B micro sprint car. He not only clinched the victory in the FuelTech Race 135 of the Jr. Sprint Class but also finished 5th in the FuelTech Race 88. Brexton Busch’s success didn’t stop there. The year 2024 proved to be a remarkable year for him, highlighted by 14 features, 126 top-10 finishes, 107 top-5 finishes, and an impressive 48 wins.

And the champion is being noticed. Just a day ago, Kenny Wallace said, “My heart was so happy to see Brexton Busch. Brexton won his race and started sixth.” He also added that he loves his technique when it comes to turns, which are important for a good driver to ace. According to Wallace, “How you enter that corner is going to determine what kind of race car driver you are going to be. That Brexton such, he is going to be a good one. Every single lap, I kept studying him. His entry was really good. He didn’t chop the corner. He wasn’t out too far.”

As a third-generation racer, he earned titles, including the KKM Challenge Jr. Sprint Champion, Millbridge Restricted Points Champion, PA Speedweek Jr. Sprint Champion, and INEX Winter Nats Bandit Champion, solidifying his status in the racing world.
