A sublime evening, a glass of wine, and love; all go hand in hand in a happy melange. Picture this: you take some time off your day job and visit an exquisite vineyard owned by your millionaire boss, that too, with your significant other. Isn’t that romantic? Too good to be true? Not exactly, as NASCAR’s most popular couple took some time off of their busy schedule to walk down the enchanting Childress Vineyards situated in the heart of North Carolina.
Fulfilling a longtime dream, the Cup Series team owner opened the gates of his winery and Bistro back in 2004 in Lexington, less than five miles from the RCR operation. Samantha Busch flaunted the perks of being friends with her hubby‘s millionaire boss as the couple walked down the alleys of the fancy vinery.

Making his debut in Beginner Box race at Millbridge Speedway, Brexton Busch has been the harbinger of his father’s lineage, winning an array of races since he was just 5. Recently, Brexton emerged victorious on the very first night of Christopher Bell‘s Micro Mania series and took home the prize of $100 along with the winner’s trophy. Needless to say, Samantha Busch caters a lot to her son’s success by ensuring that the young speedster has everything he needs to ace his game.
However, that must have taken quite a toll on the Busch couple’s conjugal life. After all, even Rowdy and his wife need some time to themselves. Owing to their ties with Richard Childress, that opportunity finally knocked at the doors of the Busch household.
Wearing a beautiful multicolored one-piece dress, Samantha Busch accompanied her husband, who looked equally dashing in his grey blazer and a button down shirt to Childress Vineyards.
In one of her recent Instagram stories, Samantha posted a picture with Kyle Busch and wrote, “Had such a nice evening @childresswines.” Indeed, a pleasant evening for the Busch’s.

More than a decade ago, Richard Childress had resorted to a rather violent way of dealing with a much younger Kyle Busch, who had gotten into a debacle with Childress’ driver Joey Coulter in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Kansas Speedway.
During the closing laps of the race, Busch and Coulter battled each other for fifth place. Despite Busch’s best efforts, Coulter seized the spot, much to Busch’s discontent. In order to show his displeasure, Kyle Busch nudged the RCR truck during the cool-down lap. This infuriated Childress who had other plans to display his wrath.

According to ESPN, as the trucks stood in the parking lot, Childress took off his watch, gave it to his grandson Austin Dillon, and punched Rowdy. It took almost their entire respective crews to hold each other off. The duo then moved on to a series of verbal altercations before Childress held Busch in a headlock and punched him for the second time.
But that is all in the past. They have come a long way in overcoming their unruly history. Recently in a press conference, Richard Childress reflected on the incident and said, “We put that totally behind us. We talked about it. That was one of the first things we talked about and the rest is history. We both have grown a lot… I know I’ve grown older, but I’ve grown up too.”
