Sad Kyle Busch Announcement Leaves NASCAR Fans Heartbroken – “Don’t Know if It’ll Ever Happen”

While there are drivers like the great Tony Stewart who have seamlessly ventured into other motorsports disciplines, transitioning from IndyCar to NASCAR, in reality, there are several underlying challenges entering into a promotion. And coming to recent happenings, Kyle Busch‘s dream IndyCar run seems to have struck an impasse.

This week, the community was disheartened to see Rowdy elaborate on how his plan has fallen short.

The 2015 and 2019 champ recently revealed to Fox on NASCAR the frustration he felt looking for sponsors despite being an established top-level racer.

Voicing his disappointment, the Richard Childress Racing driver revealed how HMS ace Kyle Larson got the spot he was up for.

Ask anyone about NASCAR’s “bad boy” and they’ll talk about Busch’s talent behind the wheel with confidence. While his nickname raises some eyebrows, there is no denying the potential of the 38-year-old. With over 60 wins to his name in the cup series, Rowdy is indeed a force to be reckoned with.

His latest victory came at the iconic Talladega Super Speedway where his experience proved to be the game changer and the community saw the KB effect sweep over his new sponsor. Despite all of this, his ambition to race in the coveted Indy 500 was left high and dry.

In the exclusive interview, Busch details how he struggled to land a sponsor and how things went south.

With his fellow Cup Series driver, Kyle Larson joining Arrow Mclaren for his Indy 500 run for the much-anticipated run, Busch reflected on his spot being taken away from him.“Larson got the ride that I was slated to get, he’s got that locked up for two years, so I don’t know if it’ll ever happen,”

He added, “I’m not going to be making calls and pushing for it. If somebody calls me and says that they’re ready to go and it all lines up right, so be it. We’ll go do it.” 

As NASCAR enthusiast, Bob Pockrass shared the short clip on his social media handle, KB fans rushed to the scene as they started to comment and share their sorrow to see Busch miss his dream run.
