Ryan Blaney and Gianna Tulio are off the market. The couple tied the knot exactly one year after the racing driver popped the question to his then-girlfriend of four years on a snow-covered bridge in Washington. The romantic wedding was held in Aspen, Colorado with the theme being ‘Winter Enchantment: A Candlelit Aspen Affair’. Set against a beautiful backdrop of snow-capped mountains, it couldn’t have been a better place to host a wedding.
The intimate ceremony was attended by close friends and family, including plenty of notable names within the NASCAR community. The lavish wedding took a year to organize, despite the couple hiring a wedding planner to help their dream event become a reality.

The wedding ceremony was exactly how Ryan Blaney and Gianna Tulio wanted it to be. Hotel Jerome’s cozy winter aesthetic was accompanied by romantic candlelights, floral installations, and beautiful textures, along with a color palette comprising black onyx, slate gray, and dove. Planned and designed by Karli Spangler Events, the couple left no stone unturned to make the wedding ceremony a memorable event, not just for themselves but also for the 150-200 guests in attendance.
Speaking exclusively to PEOPLE, the bride Gianna Tulio candidly said, “The winter holidays are one of our favorite times of the year. We appreciate the ambiance of the holiday decor and how intimate that time is. We love all the crackling fires we get to snuggle up by and be cozy. So when we went to visit wedding venues in Aspen last winter, we had all of those favorite things nestled in that small town.”
The ceremony was attended by plenty of figures from the NASCAR world as well, including Ryan Blaney’s best friend Bubba Wallace, as well as Chase Elliott, Daniel Hemric, Austin Cindric, and Dale Earnhardt Jr. IndyCar’s Team Penske drivers Josef Newgarden and Scott McLaughlin were also in present, along with Missouri Tigers’ wide receiver Kevin Coleman, who officiated the ceremony. Gianna Tulio described the day as a “dream come true” as it allowed the couple to have all their loved ones in one place.

“Spending quality time with all of our loved ones is super important to us, so we wanted to keep the wedding as intimate as possible”, said Tulio, who travels alongside Ryan Blaney for the majority of the year because of his NASCAR commitments. The 2023 Cup Series winner narrowly missed out on the Bill France Cup at Phoenix Raceway this year, after finishing second in the driver standings, just behind teammate Joey Logano who clinched his third championship in seven years.

For the wedding, Gianna Tulio walked down the aisle wearing a wintry white dress designed by Berta Balilti’s fashion house. Sharing her thought process when choosing her wedding gown, Tulio exclusively told PEOPLE, “It was the second dress I tried on out of about 15, and I knew the moment I saw it on me that it was the one.” Meanwhile, the music at the reception was organized by the event music agency Rock With U and the newlyweds shared their first dance as husband and wife to ‘Take My Heart’ by The Teskey Brothers.
Both Ryan Blaney and Ginna Tulio are known for their love for food, so it should come as no surprise that the menu was extensive, to say the least. It included roast chicken, caviar, roasted bison, butternut squash arancini, and smashed heirloom potatoes amongst other options as well, while dessert comprised of red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. Summing up the wedding, Tulio said, “It was everything I have ever dreamt of as a little girl for a wedding … the most magical night of my life.”
During the NASCAR Awards, Ryan Blaney opened up on how they had to postpone their honeymoon. “Unfortunately, no, so we’re gonna have to postpone it a little bit, but that’s fine,” said Blaney. However, his wife opened up on the actual plans for the honeymoon during their wedding.

“Since we travel almost every weekend out of the year, we decided to enjoy our offseason at home with our animals,” Tulio explains. “We are aiming to go on our honeymoon around Easter when we have [time] off,” said Tulio.
