Within the exhilarating realm of NASCAR, where alliances intertwine and reputations are forged or shattered, resides Trackhouse Racing star Ross Chastain. Embarking upon an extraordinary expedition, Chastain’s narrative unfolds amidst the seductive velocity of his surroundings. His deal with Busch Light is yet another eyebrow-raising episode in this saga.

Interestingly, the #1 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 driver’s recent partnership with Busch Light as their new face starting in 2024 has already changed his drinking habits. Chastain revealed that he has bid farewell to cans and bottles, opting for glasses instead. Consequently, he finds himself nearer to Dale Earnhardt Jr.

The announcement of Chastain’s sponsorship deal with Busch Light came just days prior to the Crayon 301 at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway. The partnership holds significant weight, as Anheuser-Busch has long been a prominent sponsor in NASCAR, known for its extensive involvement and financial support in the sport.

During a conversation with Fox News reporter Bob Pocrass, Ross Chastain was asked, “You worry about looking cool with your hands, but like, how do I look cool? Like, how do I kind of have that look?”

“I know I am already. I already drink Bush Light, so it’s not unnatural for me to have one. Going to beer school was cool to learn, like the differences in drinking from a can or a bottle from a package and then actually pouring it in the glass and stuff. So I’ve actually switched, actually drink most of my out of glass now because it’s a better way to do it. But no, the whole beer is fine by me.” Chastain confidently replied.

“So have you convinced everybody in Alba, Florida that you should drink beer from a glass?” Pocrass nudged him in a friendly tone.

Amidst laughter, Chastain replied in the negative, adding that his love for the beer was not newfound. He said, “What’s crazy Bob, is it was my beer here, before this. So most people don’t believe me, just like they don’t believe that I didn’t think about the Hail Melon before it happened. Like this stuff is coming together so naturally that it’s really…”

Chastain’s decision to switch to glasses-only for drinking may raise some eyebrows, but he believes it aligns better with his image as the Busch Light ambassador. However, it remains to be seen whether his Victory Lane celebrations will continue to feature the familiar Busch Light cans.
