Breaking News: The NASCAR world is grieving the loss of veteran Ryan Pemberton, the former director and crew chief of JR Motorsports, who passed away just a day ago. The heart-wrenching news comes just a year after the Pemberton family faced the loss of Ryan’s brother Randy, a TV broadcaster, in 2022. Adding to their sorrow, the Pemberton family had also lost Ryan’s nephew Bray a year prior.
Starting from being Larry Pearson’s crew chief and showcasing his talent early on by getting him two wins, Pemberton played a pivotal role as a director and a spare crew chief of JR Motorsports. And now that he has passed away, the whole NASCAR world is mourning his loss, including the former crew chief of Kevin Harvick.
