As Campers Inn RV is set to become the official RV partner for the RCR, team owner Richard Childress saw a massive value in the deal that goes beyond money. The company in question also boasts being the fastest growing RV dealership groups in the country with 36 branches in 19 states across the US. With such an impressive resume, Richard Childress couldn’t be happier and expressed his expectations of the agreement, saying, “We have gotten to know the leadership team at Campers Inn RV over the last year, and they are a great group of people.”

Richard Childress Racing was one of the most busy teams in the off-season. After an infighting in the Xfinity Series program where Austin Hill and Sheldon Creed had difficulty getting together, Mr Childress allowed the dust to settle and brought another exciting talent. In October last year, RCR announced the signing of young prodigy Jesse Love to replace Creed in the #2 Chevrolet.
Being the youngest champion in NASCAR history, the hype around Jesse Love’s potential is justified, and Richard Childress Racing wants to tap it. With serious title contender Austin Hill proving his prowess, Love’s addition makes the team an instant title challenger. As for the team’s status in the Cup Series, Kyle Busch’s debut year was like a breath of fresh air.
While Austin Dillon failed to bring his best onto the track, Busch showed his talents well and won 3 races, moving to the playoffs. However, the race victories didn’t pay off in the end as loss of form and faulty equipment were significant reasons for a slump later in the season. Having said that, with so much talent in the team, one cannot help but expect Richard Childress and Co to steal the headlines often in 2024.
