Dale Earnhardt Jr. might be a two-time Daytona 500 winner, but when the helmet comes after the race, he is like the rest of us. Now that his racing schedule has shrunk between his podcast and NASCAR booth commitments, he’s switching gears to his personal life. Without the NBC coverage last year, Jr.’s wife Amy had to deal with three babies at home, only she knows the trouble of managing the Earnhardts away from the racetrack.
However, despite being away from the racetrack, one thing hasn’t changed for him – his love for beer. Last year he famously quoted his strategy to recover for the next race weekend, “I went home, drank a lot of beer, and I spent Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, hydrating.” Well, this post-race tradition has landed Jr. into trouble from time to time, to the extent that he had to undergo a de-worming process. That might sound odd, but Amy spilt the beans about Jr.’s cover-up medical condition that shattered his iron-gut claim on Bless Your Hardt’s new episode.

Earnhardt Jr.: Baby Gut or Iron Gut
The discussion between the couple started off with parasites that are present within the human body. Amy was absolutely sure about this phenomenon, citing that if you eat natural raw food contains parasites. The thing is human body can get rid of these worms on its own, thanks to the liver. But, for those who have peaked at the maximum working capacity of their livers, the parasites are hard to go by.
Dale Jr. quickly understood where this conversation was headed and he tried to defend his beer session with his buddies. “Me and my friends called it the iron gut…Yeah, I’m not a lightweight. I’ve got an iron gut. I feel like the things that I’ve done and even putting a few parasites down in there probably pretty good,” said Earnhardt on the podcast claiming that he has built tolerance from parasites due to his iron gut. But his wife, Amy Earnhardt had a different perspective and, was quick to shut down his claim.
“You do not have an iron gut. You have a baby gut. You have issues with your gut all the time. I think that you have intolerances to dairy and meat and we’ve talked about that, if you eat those things, especially at the same time, it smells like a dead animal is in the house,” said Amy, as she gave an insight into the life of the legend, Earnhardt Jr. And it didn’t just stop there, Amy went ahead and also proposed a solution for Earnhardt Jr.’s ‘baby gut’ issues.

“I think you could benefit heavily from a cleanse. And we’ve done cleanses together. This one’s not so different, you just take specific tinctures that help kill the parasites. So like you just pass them out, you pass them out your bottom. There’s an enema that you do every day to help flush it out,” Amy explained the procedure to cure Earnhardt Jr. of his gut issues. The back and forth continued further with Amy recounting some past enema experiences, even, apparently, administrating one to Earnhardt Jr. before a medical procedure.
Jr. tried to divert the topic, but he was caught red-handed. The only way he could’ve diffused these talks was with a witty reply, and that is what he did. “So any way that’s love right there. That’s when you know when she will look at your bottom and she’s still with you the next day.” As it turns out, this isn’t the only secret that has been revealed on the Bless Your ‘Hardt podcast, wait till you hear about Jr.’s shenanigans from his visit to the White House.

Dale Jr. proved he is a normal human being just like us
When you are as influential as Dale Earnhardt Jr. you tend to visit special places. Apart from his visits to the racetrack, the veteran driver was once invited to the White House. Well, you’d expect Jr. to be on his best behavior during his visit to the Executive Mansion, but the real story is rather twisted or let’s say one of his most embarrassing moments ever.
During his visit to the Oval Office in 2012, Jr. couldn’t control his iron gut and let out a fart. “Barack [Obama] wasn’t in there….They let us they were letting us walk around in the room and I walked around behind the desk and was just standing there and I was like and then I I was like, oh, I got a little fart here…You know what, I’m just going to leave it right here.” Jr. explained.
