A fire can be devastating for a business. Leaving not just physical destruction in its wake, but also the emotional toll of watching years of hard work and dedication go up in flames. However, that is exactly what happened to a certain NASCAR Truck Series team. As per reports, the Reaume Brothers Racing shop had suffered an all-out blaze. Luckily, the local firefighters managed to extinguish it. However, there was immense damage done to the shop. Soon enough, RBR updated their fans about the developments over a social media post. It gave the incident more light after the local fire department also released a statement.

The team also posted a note through their note. In the note, they confirmed the fire. They also informed the fans how they were checking how bad the damages were. Furthermore, they said a few of their employees suffered injuries. But they were being treated at the local hospital.

While an official investigation is still pending. The local fire department released a statement of its own via a Facebook post.

What exactly happened to the RBR shop?

The post by the Mooresville Fire-Rescue showcased a few pictures of the fire being put out. One can clearly see the black fumes emerging from the shop.

The Facebook post mentioned that on the morning of Thursday, January 26, 2023, Mooresville Fire-Rescue received a call about a commercial structure fire at 110 Fernwood Lane in Mooresville, North Carolina. Upon arrival, firefighters confirmed the presence of an active fire inside the building. They were able to extinguish the blaze relatively quickly. However, the building sustained a significant amount of damage.

Furthermore, three individuals got injured in the fire and received medical treatment. They transported one to the hospital for smoke inhalation. Another to Baptist Hospital for burn injuries and the third was treated and released on-site. The Mooresville Fire Marshal’s Office is currently investigating the cause of the fire.

Last but not least, we hope that everyone who was in the shop during the time of the fire is doing okay. Hopefully, RBR can work with the local authorities and get their shop back up and running before the start of the season.
