Old allies join hands with Rico Abreu ahead of his High-Limit Racing full-time season. The sprint car racing driver, riding high on his debut victory at Perth Motorplex, outpacing Callum Williamson and Kaiden Manders on Boxing Day, recently made waves with his announcement. He’s decided to team up with Stadelhofer Construction, K&N, and Toste Co. for another lap around the sun in 2024.

And while everyone thought he’d join the World of Outlaws, Brad Sweet played his cards right and swayed Abreu to jump on board with Kyle Larson‘s new venture. So, having those sponsors by Abreu’s side could be beneficial for Kyle Larson in turn.

In 2024, Rico Abreu is teaming up with not one, not two, but three major partners, swelling his support squad to a whopping 28 sponsors. And since it is Rico Abreu we’re talking about; the same guy who’s given 2021 Cup Series champ Kyle Larson a run for his money in the sprint racing world, the sponsorship deal is going to be a fruitful one for both parties.

Abreu, a dynamo in the Chilli Bowl and a force to be reckoned with in both the High Limit and World of Outlaws Sprint Racing Series, is more than just a contender; he’s shaping up to be the poster boy of sprint car racing. With skills that turn heads, it’s no wonder K&N, boasting a cool annual revenue of $130M, is lining up to join him for another year. K&N isn’t just any company; for over half a century, they’ve been at the forefront of automotive filtration and technology, boosting vehicle performance and longevity for gear heads globally.

Toste Co., another key player joining his corner, has been revolutionizing the industry since 2004. They’re all about delivering top-notch info, tech, and equipment, from valves to pumps, ensuring every aspect of manufacturing and operations is cutting-edge.

The big reveal came straight from the horse’s mouth, with the driver lighting up Twitter with the news: “We are thrilled to announce that @knfilters, Stadelhofer Construction, and Toste Co. will be returning to Rico Abreu Racing in 2024! Please join us in expressing our gratitude for their unwavering support over the years! Let’s go racing!”

And if that’s not enough, the driver’s got a trump card up his sleeve – a world-class crew chief, freshly minted into the Class of 2024. With this kind of backing and expertise in his pit, the upcoming season might just see Rico Abreu zooming his way to a national sprint car title.

Rico Abreu, the St. Helena speedster, really made his mark as one of the top “outlaws” on the racing circuit this year, and he’s got his eyes set on even bigger prizes in 2024. This past season was a standout for him, marking his most triumphant year since he revved up his career in sprint car racing a decade ago.

As an “outlaw” in the racing world – a driver who isn’t hitched to any particular series – Abreu blazed his own trail across the country. He bagged 13 wins and came tantalizingly close to clinching a championship, competing against some of the finest drivers nationwide on a schedule he crafted himself. As he put it, “We competed at the highest level and we’re racing against the best drivers in the world for 70 races from February to November. At this level, there’s no margin for error.”
