The NASCAR world has been celebrating the record-breaking win of Kyle Busch at the Auto Club Speedway recently. This Cup Series race held at Fontana also bids adieu to one of the driver’s favorite tracks. Though Kyle Busch’s victory was the talk of the town, Ryan Blaney was not so happy about what he did in the race.

The race at the location already suffered rough weather. Along with that came all the chaos on the track, making it tough for the drivers to strive for the top spots. And while the NASCAR fans were cheering for their favorites, Rowdy’s actions affected Team Penske driver Blaney.

During the race, the #8 car of Kyle Busch was trying to make a three-wide pass for third position. He couldn’t overtake Hendrick Motorsports driver Alex Bowman and Team Penske’s Ryan Blaney. But in the process, Busch came in contact with Blaney’s #12 car and scraped off some paint. Blaney was not at all happy with Rowdy’s stint.

While communicating to his spotter, Blaney irritably said, “Not sure what his (Busch) problem is. Doored me down the backstretch.” While Rowdy’s attempt to cross them failed, he ended up scraping off paint from Blaney’s car and got it on the car’s right front tire. This loss of momentum also got Busch back to the sixth spot initially.

Not a good day for Blaney at Fontana

It seems like Blaney did not have a good day at the race in Fontana. Amid all the chaos, he had another tragic mishap that flew under the radar. Out of nowhere, a black cat wandered onto the track while the race was on. Sadly, things did not end well for the cat, as it got run over before anyone could rescue it.

Unfortunately, such incidents are uncontrollable as the stray may come from anywhere. A lot of fans had also noticed the black cat running across the track. Now Blaney got caught in all of this because fans think that it was him who ran over the cat as they found some proof. The proof was a suspicious red stain on the front fender of Blaney’s car. Though the point is arguable that the stain could be a part of his car.

The day was certainly mixed with a lot of highs and lows for Blaney, but it ended stupendously well for Kyle Busch.
