Stewart Haas Racing driver Noah Gragson had a memorable day at the Coca-Cola 600, despite the race being cut short. NASCAR’s longest race of the season often creates a buzz around the country and is graced by the presence of celebrities and stars. Although the arrival of Donald Trump did make headlines in Charlotte, it was the Raven’s QB, Lamar Jackson’s appearance that caught many by surprise.

The Baltimore Raven’s quarterback himself had a blast as he celebrated the Memorial Day festivities with the army personnel. Jackson was rooting for the Penske star, Ryan Blaney. This was evident from his gray shirt, which had the driver’s name and No. 12 on it. He completed his race-day outfit with camo pants and a gray bucket hat.

The two-time NFL MVP certainly had a lot of fans at the race who were in absolute awe to see their favorite star attending a NASCAR event. Even SHR’s Noah Gragson couldn’t contain his excitement after meeting the NFL star. As soon as he took a selfie with him, he quickly shared the moment via his Instagram account. The caption of the post read, “Lamar!!!! Goat! I run the ball with him every play, double slants on madden. Legend!!”
It was indeed a wholesome moment for the SHR driver, who is currently embroiled in the rumor saga involving his team’s future in NASCAR. Moreover, he didn’t have a good run at the race, as he crashed out with a DNF finish in Stage 2. It was certainly not the result he was hoping for in a situation where he is potentially auditioning to retain or find a new seat in case the rumors regarding SHR’s future come true.
