Living a healthy life is a goal for almost everyone, but succeeding at it could be a real deal. That is exactly what happened with Samantha Busch. Samantha is an entrepreneur, lifestyle blogger, philanthropist, co-owner of a race team, and married to the former Cup Series champion and NASCAR veteran Kyle Busch. In a recent story that she posted on Instagram, Samantha shared a picture of her hair fall problem, stating that although a gluten- and dairy-free diet has helped her feel physically amazing, her hair fall issue is yet to be solved.
Indeed, it can be disheartening when one commits themselves to a diet plan and it fails to bring out the results. Hair fall is a massive issue, and a large number of individuals strive to maintain lifestyles that would help them deal with hair fall and other issues. It is indeed quite disappointing when that does not happen, and perhaps that is what Samantha Busch also felt about her hair fall problem.

“I just wish everytime I ran my hand thru my hair or took out a pony it didn’t all come out. Feel amazing on my gluten/dairy free diet but six weeks in and no change in the hair dept,” Samantha Busch wrote on Instagram.
Many would argue that six weeks is not long enough time to find definitive results when it comes to hair health, but the positive thing is that she has been seeing results when it comes to her body and her physical health.
Being the wife and mother of motorsports athletes, Smanatha’s life is one that mostly requires her to travel quite a lot, and keeping a healthy lifestyle despite that is indeed commendable.

Samantha Busch also explained what it was like taking care of an eight-year-old boy who seems to be going in the same direction as his father, competing in races almost every single weekend. While every mother wants their child to be successful, motorsport is dangerous, and there is always a sense of concern in Samantha for her eight-year-old son.

Being the wife of a motorsports athlete is nerve-wracking enough. Now that her son is also in the same field, there is a lot more that she has to take care of aside from looking after herself.
“It is very nerve-wracking as the mother. I always thought being like a driver’s wife was nerve-wracking. But every single race he’s in feels like a Daytona or a Talladega,” Samantha said about her son.
“Because the thing is, at least at this age, they have a little bit of common sense….Sometimes you get this age, and it’s like lap one. Let’s go 5 wide, not lift and see what happens,” she added.
