Witnessing a NASCAR car driving down the road is a rare sight, and when an NFL star rolls in a NASCAR pace car, things just get more frenzied. Nevertheless, it’s true as New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara pulled up to the game at Caesars Superdome, New Orleans, in a NASCAR pace car dedicated to his name.
Being an NFL player, one can expect him to pull up in any car, a road legal, of course, but driving a NASCAR pace car to the stadium was an out-of-the-blue move and caught many off-guard.

Apart from being a star running back, Alvin Kamara is a NASCAR ambassador. He is tasked with helping broaden the appeal of the sport by communicating with fans and sharing his journey into the world of NASCAR as a fan. As per a Tweet shared by Front Office Sports, “Three years ago, Alvin Kamara started posting about a new interest of his: NASCAR. So, the company invited him to a race, then named him their new Growth and Engagement Advisor.”
This time, however, the New Orleans Saints star RB took things to another level and arrived at his home game against the Carolina Panthers in a Black Toyota Supra pace car. Much like his dominant performance against the Panthers, Kamara’s arrival in the pace car was nothing short of extraordinary.

But that’s not all. A few days back, Kamara announced a merchandise collaboration with NASCAR and invited the fans to witness the launch event, hosted by NASCAR and Kamara at Sneaker Politics, with the aim to make the best use of the NFL’s influence to grow NASCAR’s popularity globally.

But when the Xfinity star approached Kamara to meet and greet, what caught the eye was Custer’s attire as he donned a black hoodie with the running back’s initials “AK,” prominently visible, highlighting his support for the collaboration between NASCAR and Alvin Kamara.
