Pictures can say what words can never. It’s as true for life as it is for films and media. Hence it’s no surprise that NASCAR fans were irked when a rather fitting picture of Kyle Busch emerged from his short-cut Bristol race.
The Joe Gibbs Racing suffered his second engine failure in three weeks, forcing him out of the race as well as the playoffs this season.

So when a Rowdy fan posted the picture of Busch walking away from his #18 M&M’s Toyota Camry, it hit all the right marks for the fans of the driver as they criticized old man Joe Gibbs for not treating the driver who brought him so much success and money rightfully.
I've lost all respect for @JoeGibbsRacing and @ToyotaRacing. The nepotism is overwhelming. And it's sad.

I don’t think Kyle will have a car capable of winning this year, it seems to me that he is getting third rate motors and everything else. Nice parting gift courtesy of “I’m saving my money for family”

I won’t support any sponsor that’s on the side of a JGR car.

Gibbs gave him all the crappy equipment since he’s leaving. Everyone found it odd that Kyle blew up at Bristol

Toyota express regret over the playoff exit of Kyle Busch
Speaking about Busch’s exit from championship contention, Toyota’s David Wilson addressed the media and expressed his thoughts on the situation. The Toyota boss opened up on the multiple engine failures they’ve experienced this season with Kyle Busch, something which is a surprise considering they had 0 failures last season.
“Two engine failures across three weeks is unheard of,” he said. “It’s unacceptable.”
Wilson described that they have found “an instability” in their valve train, which, according to them, was triggered by NASCAR’s mandated rev limiter. However, he reassured that “there’s no question” that NASCAR and the teams are looking into the issue and will definitely fix it in the future.

As for the outcome of the season for them, the Toyota boss insisted that no matter what happens, the Kyle Busch exit will still haunt them, regardless.
“Whether we’re so fortunate enough to possibly win a championship with either Christopher or Denny later this year, I’m still going to be haunted by what happened, not just in Bristol, but Darlington as well,” he said.
