“I knew Michael was coming, and certainly he wanted to be a supporter. You know, it’s closer to home, just a hop on a plane to be there. But it was great for him. I kinda saw a couple of other guys that came with him.”

Hamlin also praised the genuine display of camaraderie and appreciation, deeming it an awesome moment. “All those guys going up to Bubba and showing appreciation and gratitude for getting that 23 car into the playoffs – it was awesome.”
