Recently, the NASCAR Xfinity Series race in Atlanta concluded with Justin Allgaier as the winner. While Allgaier gained 57 points from this win, Austin continued to lead the championship standings. He is currently on 277 points, with a 46-point lead over Daniel Hemric.
Speaking of Hemric, his dramatic pit lane incident probably cost him a good finish. Although he finished in ninth place, he did just enough to stay in second place in the championship. Meanwhile, Harrison Burton lies third on 212 points, 19 points away from Hemric.

After the Atlanta race, the Xfinity Series drivers get some respite before their next race. Admittedly, they will not be racing on the Bristol dirt, but will head to the Martinsville Speedway. This particular race will take place on April 9, so this was their final race for the month of March.
