Daytona 2024 winner William Byron has a fascinating hobby that might surprise you. When he’s not racing at breakneck speeds, reaching up to 195 mph, he channels his analytical mindset into a rather unexpected pastime: building LEGOs. HMS’s #24 driver does not look at it as a mere hobby, this is a part of him that sets him apart from the rest. Building things from scratch might be something that intrigues him.
However, Byron did not even realize what was awaiting if his passion and enthusiasm decided to collaborate. Thanks to NASCAR’s documentary on Netflix and the whirlwind media tour post-Daytona, many people are aware of this hobby of Byron. This might have led to a spark of interest between the LEGO Group and HMS for possible collaboration. The 26-year-old did not rule it out either.
