While there have been individual merchandise and apparel available to fans, with drivers and teams driving down their haulers for the fandom to pick up their favorite souvenirs and apparel, there haven’t been many catchy designs or drool-worthy merchandise that would keep the fans waiting just to get their hands on it.

Instead, NASCAR accessories were always just wearable for a race day at the track, according to one fan who said just that as he pointed out, “Thank god. For a sport so badass the merchandise really is pretty bad. A good 60% of the merch is almost unwearable anywhere but a race.” While he went on to voice more about his suggestions, others, just like him, were delighted to hear about the massive tie-up.

“‘47 is a nice alternative to New Era for those who don’t want to spend crazy amounts of money for hats. They’re also usually nice and simple design-wise. I’m sure I’ll pick a couple of these up,” said one user thrilled to get one of the exclusive hats from ’47’s special range, while another user mentioned the hats’ versatility.

47 brand hats are just as expensive, I am def interested in the designs though. they are nice hats. New Era only really does fit well. a 47 brand NASCAR snap would be a good summer hat.” Whereas another fan was glad to hear the news, “I’m just glad we can have both.”

Holy shit finally. I can never find a New Era hat that fits right. ’47 is the best hat brand out there. I’m ready to buy a 23XI Cleanup yesterday.”
