One of the female NASCAR racers that gained positive traction this year was 23-year-old Natalie Decker. Racing in the Truck Series in 2020, she accumulated a decent amount of experience driving against other professional drivers.
But not many people know that Natalie has struggled with rheumatoid arthritis for some time now. In a bid to motivate her followers, she posted pictures of herself playing the popular VR rhythm game ‘Beat Saber’.
Her Instagram post read, “Let’s talk… I have struggled with rheumatoid arthritis my whole life, working out can be difficult some days and for the past week my knees have been twice the size and it’s been hard to get dressed and walk around the house.”
