A few years ago, NASCAR spotters, Freddie Kraft and Brett Griffin had an idea. As a result, the two of them established a company called Couch Racer, for the fans. The idea was to help recognize race fans as experts and give them a chance to talk about the sport that they love.

Now, the Couch Racer Shop has managed to sell enough merchandise to get a private jet flight to Talladega. Admittedly, the primary objective was to buy a private jet for the company. However, they were not going to complain about getting a chance at flying in a private jet.

The Talladega Superspeedway is a track that has seen a fair number of big wrecks in the past, as well as this weekend. Wallace and Hemric will be keen to keep their noses clean and try to secure a good result. For Bubba Wallace in particular, it could be a chance to try and snatch a second career win. Coincidentally, the first win came at the Talladega Superspeedway, last year itself.

If he can grab a Cup win on home soil in a more ‘legitimate’ manner, it will come a long way in earning him some respect.
