Earlier, Joe Gibbs Racing driver Denny Hamlin made an appearance on Dale Jr Download. Admittedly, Hamlin is not exactly one of the most popular drivers among the fans. However, NASCAR spotter Brett Griffin was quick to jump to Hamlin’s defense over his appearances.
He also made a cheeky reference to Truck driver Hailie Deegan and her ‘hate’ for Twitter. Needless to say, even Deegan found his comments quite funny. Recently, she spoke about the influence of social media in her life but is surprisingly not very fond of Twitter. As it turned out, she hated the negativity that stems from the social media giant.

Now, it seems that Griffin has drawn some comparisons between Deegan and Hamlin. Of course, there will always be trolls and haters on social media. The question is, can they ignore the hate, clap back wittily, or get rattled by the whole situation? Griffin urged people to give the podcast a listen before they delivered a blanket judgment.

What next for Denny Hamlin in the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series?
Now, the #11 Joe Gibbs Racing driver is looking ahead to this weekend’s race. This time around, the paddock heads to the Charlotte Motor Speedway. Hamlin won’t be too worried as he already has a Cup win, which qualifies him for the Playoffs. On the other end of the spectrum, it wouldn’t hurt to grab a few more wins and deny his rivals.

It is worth mentioning that Hamlin has never won at the Charlotte Motor Speedway, but there is a first time for everything. Additionally, he has not won a single Cup Series title in his career, so he will be extra motivated. After all, there is no time like the present, and he will want to get the monkey off his back.
