NASCAR is finally returning to short track racing. After a flurry if speedway races, road course events, and a couple of intermediate tracks, the circus now heads to Martinsville Speedway. This historic half-mile circuit is ready to host the seventh race of the 2025 NASCAR season, and with its history dating back to 1949, it remains a fan-favorite race track.
This half-mile track, famous for its unique paperclip shape, has only 12 degrees of banking in the corners and no banking on the straights. This track is a true testament of driver skill and talent, with a little bit of rubbing and bumping encouraged here, and the stakes are, as always, high.
