Kyle Busch is undoubtedly one of the finest NASCAR drivers of this generation. If this parameter is based on all time, chances are, he will still make it as one of them. However, the brilliant driver is still without a team for next year. As the teams try to rope him in, NASCAR fans react to it.

Busch’s contract with Joe Gibbs Racing expires at the end of the season. The Cup Series driver neither negotiated for a contract extension nor hinted about his next possible move. Amidst this, Richard Childress Racing and Kaulig Racing tried their luck to sign the JGR driver.
Even though the superstar driver has multiple choices in front of him, Busch hasn’t opened up on his choice as yet. The NASCAR driver also stated that his current team might be an option as well. However, Busch asserted, “more than one (team) that has paper in front of me, yes.”
The driver of no. 18 has further stated about his future, “It’s been hard as hell. It’s been a lot of sleepless nights figuring out what your future is and all that sort of stuff.”
How did the fans react to Kyle Busch’s potential move?
Initially, Kaulig Racing was the front-runner to sign the JGR driver. However, Richard Childress Racing has come in place to push them away to sign Busch. Fans were quick to share their thoughts on the news.
Oh so kaulig is out? Also wonder if that means reddick is gone gone? Or if this is a 3rd team

How about Kaulig?

There were some NASCAR fans who even welcomed the Richard Childress Racing move.
Being an old Earnhardt fan, I’d love to see Kyle at RCR. I’m sure it’s unlikely, but I’d love to see him in the 3 as well. RCR needs a driver like Kyle. They haven’t had that caliber driver since Kevin left.

If Richard wants to get back up to elite status they need KB badly

Would either scenario rely on what Kurt Busch does? Unless RCR or 23XI is willing to buy another charter. Kurt retires, KFB to to the 45, or Reddick released to 23XI next year and KFB to the 8.

The situation is a result of a domino effect that started last year when Mars, Inc. announced that it would not return to Busch’s team and the sport after the 2022 season. Mars, Inc., used to pay about $20 million a season to sponsor Busch’s No. 18 team at Joe Gibbs Racing.

All in all, the Kyle Busch signing prospect seems very interesting. It’ll be tricky to say which team he prefers for the next season. Whatever the team may be, they’ll sign a fantastic talent no doubt when they sign Kyle Busch.
