Nashville Superspeedway saw a fan-favorite driver return to the broadcasting booth. Of course, we’re talking about Dale Earnhardt Jr. The driver who took charge of broadcasting for Saturday’s Xfinity race. Naturally, Dale Jr. was a hit among the fans and got a lot of positive reactions.

But every time the driver has taken the role in the broadcasting booth, it has been an exciting prospect for the fans. And now, there is great news for Dale Jr. fans.

The former driver and NASCAR Hall of Famer will take the mic for the second half of the 2022 season for NBC. Moreover, he will be joined by “The Mayor” of NASCAR, Jeff Burton.

NBC announced the news in a statement that said, “NBC Sports’ NASCAR commentary team features two-time Daytona 500 Champion and NASCAR Hall of Fame driver Dale Earnhardt Jr., 21-time Cup Series race winner and “The Mayor” of NASCAR Jeff Burton, and Daytona 500-winning crew chief Steve Letarte serving as analysts alongside race announcer Rick Allen. This will be the fifth consecutive year for the team.”

On top of that, Kyle Petty, Dale Jarrett, and Brad Daugherty will handle the studio coverage from the pit road!
