Three-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Kevin Harvick’s name resonates with greatness in NASCAR. In a career spanning over two decades, Harvick delivered some stellar performances that define his legacy. His iconic run with Stewart-Hass Racing’s No.4 charter in 2014 is still one of the finest runs in NASCAR history. As Harvick retired in 2023, fans wondered who would carry this legacy. After a brief hiatus and legal hurdles, the iconic No.4 car is set to hit the NASCAR track again in 2025.
After the closure of Stewart-Hass Racing, Front Row Motorsports will field the iconic car with Noah Gragson at the helm. The decision has left fans buzzing and excited about the upcoming season and what it means for Harvick’s legacy.
After Harvick’s retirement, SHR fielded Josh Berry in the iconic car. However, things didn’t go well as Berry had just two Top 5 finishes in 36 races. Now, with Gragson at the helm, FRM will expect to pull out more from the iconic car. Notably, Gragson is a rising star in the NASCAR world. He gained fame with two wins in the Truck Series and 13 victories in the Xfinity Series. He finished second in the 2022 championship standings.

Drew Blickensderfer’s previous stint gave FRM their first win after four seasons when McDowell won the Daytona 500. Speaking about his comeback, Blickensderfer said, “I’m excited to be back with Front Row Motorsports. I had a great experience working for Bob (Jenkins) and Jerry (Freeze) before, and now returning alongside Noah makes this opportunity even more special.”
Gragson echoed the same as he expressed his excitement to team up with Blickensderfer at FRM. “I’m grateful to have my crew chief, Drew, along with four members from last year’s team, join Front Row Motorsports. This gives us a strong foundation to hit the ground running in the 2025 season,” Gragson said in a press release.
Fans rally behind Noah to achieve big in iconic No. 4
For Noah Gragson, 2024 was a rocky year. From the highs of moving to Stewart-Haas Racing to the lows of scrambling to find a new team after they announced the team was shutting down, 2024 gave a lot of memories to the young driver. It may be one of the reasons why Gragson is carrying a bit of SHR to FRM, as one fan pointed out. “Love to see the 4 continue to make laps in the cup series. It looks – or is – the same font as SHRs which is a nice touch.”

The return of Kevin Harvick‘s iconic No. 4 car has thrilled NASCAR fans. They’re excited to see the iconic car back and believe Noah Gragson can deliver convincing performances in 2025. One fan wrote, “The legend of the 4 continues.” Now, with Gragson leading and Drew Blickensderfer’s guidance, fans hope FRM will achieve colossal success in 2025. Apart from his crew chief, Gragson will also have the services of his four previous crew members. FRM expects Gragson’s chemistry and shared ambition with his crew to propel the team forward.
Gragson’s improving performances also fueled optimism. “Noah will be in arguably better equipment in ’25, and I am confident we will see more top 10 runs from him like we saw glimpses of last year,” said a fan. Notably, in his second Cup Series season, Gragson recorded seven top-10 finishes and one top-five result. These flashes of brilliance suggest that, with enhanced equipment and a supportive team, Gragson can unlock even greater potential in 2025. Despite a slow start in the Cup Series, Gragson demonstrated growth in 2024.
He, along with veteran crew chief Drew Blickensderfer, produced some favorable results. The duo achieved significant milestones, including 16 top-15 finishes and seven top-10 results in 2024. Notably, Blickensderfer has previously worked with FRM in 2021. He was on top of the pit box for Michael McDowell and the No. 34 Ford Mustang team. It was the reason other fans expressed optimism about FRM winning a race in the upcoming season. One fan wrote, “Please give me one FRM Cup to win this year!” After all, Harvick did bring a Cup Series title to SHR back in 2014. Noah Gragson might just do the same!

Another user echoed the same and said, “The legend of the 4 continues. Great to see the 4 back, especially at FRM. They’re gonna work wonders at the racetrack with Todd, Zane, and especially Noah.” This comment points to the excitement surrounding FRM’s current roster. Alongside Gragson, young talents like Todd Gilliland and Zane Smith will complete the squad. Gilliland will continue to drive his No. 34 Ford Mustang Dark Horse. Meanwhile, Zane Smith will return to FRM to take over the vacant No. 38 car. Smith’s addition was arguably one of the worst-kept secrets in the sport, with FRM’s lawsuit progress making it official.
