Last Sunday, Bubba Wallace shoved Kyle Larson several times on the Las Vegas field after their altercation on the track. Wallace, who had spun out Larson was suspended for one race by NASCAR. This was mainly because the governing body found his on-track actions to be a “dangerous act.”
Following this, Wallace also shared an apology on his Twitter feed. In his apology, he expressed his remorse for shoving the Hendrick Motorsports driver and wrecking Christopher Bell while spinning Larson out. However, fans were eager to know if the 23XI Racing driver apologized to Larson personally.
In a recent interview with Fox reporter Bob Pockrass, Kyle Larson opened up on his views on Wallace’s apology. When the Pockrass asked Larson if he had talked to Wallace at all since last Sunday, Larson simply answered; “No, we haven’t talked, yet. I am sure, hopefully, we’ll eventually.”
Furthermore, he said that he is not at all expecting an apology. He stated; “I feel like a lot of people are expecting him to reach out and apologize. I don’t expect an apology for anything. So, I am all good on my end.”
Hearing that the Hendrick Motorsports driver is not expecting any expression of regret, fans lauded him for taking the high road.

It seems that a lot of NASCAR fans were stuck at how Larson moved on this quick. In fact, Bob Pockrass too reiterated the point by asking that Wallace didn’t text either. To this, Larson said; “No, we haven’t had a conversation.”
Moreover, Pockrass told the 2021 Cup Series champion that if he was in his place, he would have definitely expected an apology. To this, Kyle Larson replied; “I don’t know, I am a big boy, I guess. (laughs) So, I don’t get my feelings hurt easy. So, I guess I don’t expect an apology at all. Nothing like that.
