NASCAR legend Tony Stewart has put his lavish 400-acre Hidden Hollow Ranch in Columbus, Indiana, back on the market. The property was put on sale two years ago for $30 million. However, after being unable to find any potential buyers, Stewart has slashed the asking price, which now stands at $22.5 million.

The mansion, owned by Tony Stewart, was built in 2011, and according to real estate records, the $30 million asking price was the most expensive to go on the market in the state. But what is so special about this property that it is valued so exponentially high? Let us find out.

The Hidden Hallow Ranch has a rustic and natural theme. The 400-plus-acre property has a two-story waterfall and a flowing stream at its entrance. The house also comes equipped with a bowling alley, a gaming arena, a golf simulator, and a good old Onyx bar.

Moreover, the great room inside the property features an 8,700-gallon freshwater aquarium along with a 9-acre lake. The property is also home to a forest ecosystem, which includes animals like turkey, deer, and elk, and yes, the property is licensed for hunting.

Carrie Holle, an agent from Compass, shared the reasons for the sharp decline in the price tag with IndyStar. He said, “We strive to ensure that our pricing remains competitive and in line with current market trends, ultimately offering the best value to potential buyers. This adjustment allows us to present the property at a price that accurately reflects its worth in today’s market, providing a fair and attractive opportunity for interested parties.”

Seeing Tony Stewart’s property go back on the market, the fans soon started making assumptions about the reason behind the price drop, and some even suggested changes to the property that would help speed up the sale process.

Unable to process the asking price in millions for the property, another user shared his struggles with managing finances, let alone making a bid for the purchase of Stewart’s mansion. “At first glance I thought so too. But realistically, just paying the yearly taxes, utilities, and other upkeep would probably be more than my 250K mortgage”.

Reading between the lines, one user figured out the actual reason Tony Stewart put this property back on sale. He wrote, “Trying to dump more money into his Drag team I see”.

Who knows, this might even be an attempt to push more resources into his NASCAR team, SHR, which looks like it could do with some more help given the uncertain future of the racing organization in NASCAR.
