A NASCAR journalist stated, “@NoahGragson says he has never met Rick Hendrick, co-owner of @JRMotorsports. He says he looks up to “Mr. Hendrick and would love to meet him one day.”
Fans were left scratching their heads imagining how could this be possible since Hendrick is known to be on track for almost every other race weekend.
NASCAR fans react to Noah Gragson never getting the chance to meet his boss
Fans could not believe that the JR Motorsport driver was yet to meet his boss, even after racing with them for so long.
Fans speculated that he perhaps was unlucky since Hendrick was known to arrive only for the Cup Series races rather than the Xfinity events.
How is that even possible? Like just from being at the track all this time? That's mind boggling. Like I could see him saying he never met Rick Ware but not the literal co-owner.

Well from strictly one part of it…Because Rick shows up Sunday AM. He’s not there when the xfinity series is running.

Someone make this happen

That’s actually really shocking

Well hendrick usually probably only gets to the track in cup race days and Gragson is already drunk at the house by then

I'm sure they've met. Gragson isn't very stable and probably just doesn't remember.

We hope that Gragson gets to meet Rick Hendrick very soon since he is off to the Cup Series for the upcoming season. Gragson has shown some stellar performances during his Xfinity career with JR Motorsports. One can only hope that he displays the same level of race craft as he moves into the top field of NASCAR to race with the big boys. He will be driving the #42 car at the Petty GMS team, replacing Ty Dillon from the 2023 season onwards.

After the news broke, Noah Gragson stated, “It’s a family atmosphere, great people, great leaders, and for a 24-year-old guy, for them to take the opportunity and want to hire me, it is truly humbling.”
We look forward to Gragson’s career next year racing for Richard Petty’s team.
