Well, don’t worry because he is fine. He has not wrecked in the field and is enjoying Summers with his daughters. But a recent hilarious tweet posted by Hamlin sent the NASCAR Twittersphere into bursts of laughter. Believing that maybe a concussion has forced the Joe Gibbs Racing driver to wear the crazy hats, NASCAR fans flooded the comment section with some witty responses.
In Hamlin’s tweet, he is wearing a peculiar Disney hat and having pizza with his daughters. And this picture gave the NASCAR fans an opportunity to employ their sarcasm. Some found it extremely funny. While a few others decided to remind NASCAR of the serious safety concerns that Hamlin has been quite vocal about.
@nascar please look into this. Does this look like something a person would wear that hasn’t been concussed at some point in the season?? #SafetyFirst

If I ran into Denny Hamlin at Disney on Ice and he was wearing an Olaf hat and eating multiple child sized pizzas I would just die.

Apart from that, it was funnier to see Hamlin admit that his looks are getting worse over time. Below a collage of his images posted by nascarsm on Twitter, Hamlin admitted to his declining sense of style.
Uggh.. it’s gotten worse over time.

While referring to these events, Denny Hamlin said; “When it comes to the crash stuff, I’ve asked questions to two different NASCAR people, executives. I can’t get a response. That, to me, makes it even scarier. Man, the disconnect right now between all the parties — NASCAR, the tracks, and all the drivers, it’s tough right now. It’s not a good place.”
