2019 was the last time we saw the iconic Florida-based track, Homestead–Miami Speedway, host the season finale. But for 2020, NASCAR decided to shift the season finale to Phoenix Raceway. Interestingly, this year, to mark the return of the track for the playoffs, Homestead-Miami chose to redesign its logo. They put on a fresh coat of pink and brought forth a sense of rejuvenation.

The brand new logo embodies the cultural aspects of the southern part of Florida, with the iconic palm tree. The new logo features a bright dash of pink, blue, shades of turquoise, and a hint of yellow.

Finally, to round it all up, the overall shape of the iconography is based on the track layout. The president of the track, Al Garcia has said, “Being a native of the area, I am thrilled with the new logo, as it encapsulates all that is South Florida while highlighting the warmth of the Keys.”

Adding, “Our incredible facility is more than just a speedway. It’s a vacation destination for families, friends, competitors, and fans of the sport.”
