Noah Gragson came in third place at the Michigan International Speedway in the Xfinity race on Saturday. Although it is a great result, it didn’t come easy for the JR Motorsports driver. Following the race, Gragson told the press that he threw up in his own helmet after the end of stage 2.
Since he has faced a similar problem in the past as well many fans are now speculating if this is some sort of ongoing medical issue with him.

During the post-race interview, Gragson mentioned that at the end of the second stage, he threw up in the car and had to hold his breath. He said, “I don’t know why I throw up. I threw inside the helmet again.”
Fans on Twitter showed concern toward Gragson and mentioned if this was a regular problem, then he should get checked for it. Some fans pointed out that it could be a hydration issue or maybe something dietary.
Why he puke so much? Maybe a diet adjustment or something ? I’ve heard of and seen it personally of athletes/competitiors puking under stress and extreme exertion, but maybe there is a way to help him

It would be if this was an isolated incident. This is happening more and more frequently.

We’ve seen this from him a good bit, wonder if he’s gotten it checked out just to be on the safe side because I’ve never heard of this happening to any other drivers

I'm starting to get concerned for his health. He needs to get help for this. I don't think he's well. And that's not criticism. That's genuine concern.

“So we knew he wasn’t feeling good and stuck a camera in his face immediately after the race anyway”

I used to hold my breath in the pool all the time, or even for cases of hiccups. Never thrown up once, this guy has used the excuse twice now. See a Dr dude

Noah Gragson flew onto grasp pole position on Friday, after which he was full of confidence going into the main Xfinity race. However, as luck may have played out, Gragson could only muster a third-place finish, losing out to Ty Gibbs in first and Justin Allgaier in second.
Gragson managed to overtake AJ Allmendinger at the very last corner to take over the lead before the second stage ended. Thereafter, he decided not to pit under caution and that might have led to him losing an edge over Gibbs to go on for a win.
