In the United States, the holiday season is a serious affair. With Halloween done and dusted, everyone has Thanksgiving to look forward to before preparations begin for Christmas. In the buildup to Thanksgiving, 23XI Racing duo Bubba Wallace and Kurt Busch spent time with the fans.

The two drivers had a great time passing out Dr. Pepper flyers to people in their cars or while walking. At one point, Bubba even joked about hopping in one of the pedestrian cars because it was so warm outside. Later on, he and his teammate Busch were taking photographs with some fans walking by. Naturally, many fans appreciated the gesture from both 23XI Racing drivers.

What to expect from Bubba Wallace and Kurt Busch in the 2023 season?
Wallace is coming off a fairly decent Cup Series season, with a second career win. That triumph came at the Kansas Speedway earlier this year and there was no way for any critics to dispute it. It is worth mentioning, though, that he had to switch to the #45 car midway through the season.
Pretty cool to see this

This was because Kurt Busch got injured in an accident at the Pocono Raceway, sustaining a concussion. As a result, it forced him to miss the rest of the season, with Ty Gibbs coming in as a substitute. Later on, he made the announcement of stepping back from full-time Cup racing. In response to the bombshell news, they roped Tyler Reddick in early from his Richard Childress Racing contract.

Now Busch can really step back and focus on dealing with the after-effects of concussions properly. Of course, the 2004 Cup Series champion is not calling time on his career just yet. There is still life left in the old dog, so he is still open to occasional cameos at select races. Of course, there will come a point when Kurt Busch will step away for good, but considering the fighting spirit of Bubba, the time is not now nor in the near apparent future.
