A NASCAR driver’s day-to-day life is full of challenges. From continuously striving for a better finish in each race to maintaining a required physical and mental fitness level, the pressure is undeniably intense. Former Legacy Motor Club driver Noah Gragson certainly knows a thing or two about how tough things can get inside a stock car.

As he was recently released from the full-time roster of Jimmie Johnson‘s team, the year has not gone down as expected for the 25-year-old. Apart from his struggles off the track, he has also been off the mark more often than not in the Cup Series making him a target for the fandom. However, as a certain NASCAR insider prepares to announce the next guest for his podcast, the nickname ‘Vomit Comet’ makes a return.

Iconic spotter Brett Griffin is a part of the spotter trio which includes Bubba Wallace‘s spotter Freddie Kraft and Brad Keselowski‘s spotter TJ Majors, who hosts Dirty Mo Media’s podcast, Door Bumper Clear. On a weekly basis, they invite guests from the world of NASCAR to discuss certain topics that have been talking points in the community.

Starting off a guessing game on Twitter, Griffin posted, “DBC GUEST for Monday has changed. This dude works his guts out. Who ya got?”.

This sparks a question in everyone’s minds about who could the next guest possibly be that also suits the hint of ‘working his guts out’. The fans go into a frenzy in the comment section over the clue. On another note, if we are to observe the hint closely and consider it a thing of some sarcastic wordplay, the most logical answer seems to be Noah Gragson.

Gragson has been seen throwing up trackside after races in the Xfinity Series.

This incident has brought him the nickname of ‘Vomit Comet’ which was discussed by Griffin and co on a previous episode of Door Bumper Clear. Gragson has taken this aftereffect quite seriously and had revealed his intentions of consulting a doctor about it earlier as well.

But that didn’t stop the fans from bringing this up in the replies as they brainstormed for long, only to arrive at Noah Gragson as the answer.

“The Vomit Comet” claimed a fan, unable to forget the hilarious nickname that a Noah Gragson critic spoke about earlier. Griffin later clarified on the post that his next guest was going to be a person who could be classified as bald. This spins the head of a certain fan who believes it might be Parker Kligerman instead.

He commented, “With the guts comment the obvious would be @NoahGragson but he’s been on recently so that’s a diversion. I’m going to say @pkligerman Between full time @NASCAR_Xfinity and pit reporter for @NASCARonNBC that qualifies as working his guts out.”

Looks like even the fanbase has turned their heads away from Gragson this season as he continues to undergo a redemption arc after his fall from grace. As for who Brett Griffin will be inviting in the next episode of his show, it remains to be seen on Monday when the questions will be answered.
