Recently, the Martin Truex Jr Foundation came up with an incredible social cause to promote. To be precise, the organisation decided to pay tribute to the many people who have battled and survived cancer. In this situation, the survivor’s name will be emblazoned on the NASCAR cars, right above the driver’s side window.

All that they have to do is place a bid on eBay to get their names on the cars. Martin Truex Jr led the tributes, especially since it is his foundation that started it. It is also worth mentioning that this offer is only applicable to the NASCAR Cup Series race at the Kansas Speedway.

Other drivers include teammate Christopher Bell, Kurt Busch, Cole Custer, Erik Jones, Kyle Busch and Aric Almirola. So far, they are the only Cup Series drivers participating in this drive. There is a chance that more Cup Series drivers could chip in and participate. However, there is no word yet on the likes of Denny Hamlin, Truex Jr, Busch and Bell’s teammate.

Which other NASCAR drivers are participating in this scheme?

From the NASCAR Xfinity Series, Josh Williams and Daniel Hemric are the only participants. Of course, most of the proceeds will be donated to a cancer charity. It will also be a great way to help these fans get closer to the sport.

Finally, among the Truck Series drivers, there were a fair number of positive responses. Leading the tributes are Tyler Ankrum, though it is worth noting that the Truck drivers will race at Martinsville instead of Kansas. Aside from Ankrum, Ryan Truex, Johnny Sauter, Ben Rhodes, Matt Crafton, Grant Enfinger, Spencer Boyd and Josh Berry, are participating.
