Even though Danica Patrick has been off the track for some time now, her public appearances are only growing, through her podcasts and other events. She has also spoken on issues that affected her and still continue to affect a large proportion of the population. Patrick recently revealed how she began experiencing problems that stemmed from her poor lifestyle during her career. She also sneaked in a joke in relation to winning championships if she went back with preparations.

During the podcast, she stated, “I look back at my career and think man my hydration methods were terrible, my rehydration was terrible like, there was so many things, I was so not optimized. I even did some cold laser therapy, brain vagus nerve, gut, and all that, and helped with gaze stabilization.”
“I didn’t have any of that when I was racing. So those concussions and like my eyes would jiggle all the time and just the amount of drain on the system that I was having because I didn’t have gaze stabilization from all the concussions.”
She concluded by jokingly stating, “I think I should just go back to racing and start over like all the championships.”

Danica Patrick stated that she had to get her breast implants removed from her body after citing several health issues, with symptoms ranging from hair loss to uncontrolled weight gain.
She got her implants back in 2014 since she stated that back then she wanted to “have it all.” But over the last few years of facing significant health issues, she finally decided to get rid of them in order to begin a life on a healthier path.
