There have been several great moments in racing this year that would remain fresh in our memory for a long. One such moment was the outstanding battle between Kyle Larson, Noah Gragson, and Sheldon Creed in the Xfinity Series. However, after Creed nearly pulled off a video game move before, Ross Chastain did. Kyle Larson came under the fire for his wall-ridding comment hypocrisy during the race.

Ross Chastain was able to pull off a spotless wall ride at Martinsville during the Cup Series playoffs. But shortly afterward, Kyle Larson was heard telling the media that Chastain’s move was “embarrassing.” He later also appealed that NASCAR should put an end to future attempts of this sort. But recently, when fans were treated to a throwback from earlier this year. Fans spotted Larson getting oh so close to the wall and almost supposedly riding it. Someone also pointed out that Larson had attempted to ride the wall once before as well. And that was during the Cup race at Darlington Raceway last year.

NASCAR fans call out Kyle Larson’s hypocrisy

Fans quickly pointed out how Larson was quick to lash out at the prospect of wall riding. They even mocked the 2021 Cup Series champion for forcing Sheldon Creed out of the playoffs. Logically, Larson wasn’t in the playoff race for Xfinity at all, so he should have backed out a bit. But then again it’s racing and good racing at the end of the day.

Fans stated, Am I the only one who think Larson drove like an AHole last season?”

“‘Not good for the sport'”

This was bull crap. Larson didn’t need to win and took a win away from Creed that would have got him into the playoffs.
