It is safe to say that there are a lot of hopes from Kurt Busch and 23XI Racing for the 2022 season. The 2004 Cup Series champion has loads of experience and can help the team. Additionally, he can help teammate Bubba Wallace improve himself.

Busch is still a proven winner, having triumphed at the Atlanta Motor Speedway last year. He was the last race winner for Chip Ganassi Racing before its exit from NASCAR. Now, he is starting a brand new chapter with the 23XI Racing outfit. The best part is that a win is not a completely farfetched notion either. Last year, Bubba Wallace triumphed at the Talladega Superspeedway, so the car is capable of reaching Victory Lane.

And former driver Michael Waltrip expects Busch to win in the 2022 season as well.

Can Kurt Busch win a Cup race in 2022 for his new team?

Even at the age of 43, Busch has proven that he has still got what it takes to win. With a capable car under him, he has the ability to wrangle every bit of performance from the car. Now that the outfit has got one season of experience under its belt, it is time for the next step. To be precise, the Denny Hamlin-Michael Jordan venture will be aiming to get one or both cars into the Playoffs.

Now with Kurt Busch in the other stable, the two of them can work together to try to propel the 23XI Racing team up the order.
