However, the news of his suspension hasn’t been easy. Especially because of the media attention the incident had attracted. And now, Wallace’s spotter Freddie Kraft wants people to stop reacting to all Bubba Wallace news. In a recent ‘Door Bumper Clear’ podcast, Kraft called out NASCAR fans for engaging with news about the 23XI Racing driver and then complaining about the attention he gets.
He said; “I mean the only reason this (Wallace’s suspension) is even public knowledge is for clickbait. I mean Dustin Albino tweeted a thousand times yesterday, this one got 94 replies and 38 quote tweets. And every other tweet he had, had 3 replies.”
Furthermore, he added; “I laugh at people that complain about I am tired of hearing about Bubba Wallace. I am tired of seeing Bubba Wallace interviews or stories. But do you know why you are out there? Because they get 5 million notifications, you know. Like if you would stop replying to every story about Bubba they will stop posting it, I promise you that.”
But Kraft did mention that he is not mad but rather frustrated. He explained that even the negative replies drive up the social media metrics. And as a result, media houses use these topics to garner more and more clicks and notifications.
Freddie Kraft was outraged about Bubba Wallace being Interviewed
During his conversation with Brett Griffin and T.J Majors, Freddie Kraft said that he was not happy with Bubba Wallace being interviewed after his suspension. He said; “I was personally outraged that they didn’t interview Rodney Childers or Ben Beshore while they were suspended. You know, that was my personal feeling.”
Furthermore, he shared that Bubba Wallace will have to address the incident this week and it is not going to be easy. He said; “He is gonna get booed louder than he has probably ever been booed before in driver intros this week.”

However, Brett Griffin jokingly asked if this booing would be more than what Denny Hamlin witnessed in his driver intros. To this Kraft replied; “Oh my God! They are gonna burn the place down this week. But who cares?”

Moving ahead with his take on the issue, Kraft said that Bubba Wallace and 23XI will try all that they can, He said;
“We are gonna go out there and try to shut him up like we did at Kansas. That’s how he does, that’s how he feels himself, that’s how he moves forward. And that’s what we are gonna do. It ain’t gonna be easy but we are gonna continue to move forward and try to win races. That’s all we can do.”
