Many would consider boldness to be one of Danica Patrick‘s strengths. But sometimes, it lands her in a lot of trouble with her fans. It has always been either love her or hate her, with no in-between fans. She has the tendency to divide the room. And the former Cup Series driver did it again!
Patrick is one of the most prominent female drivers in the history of motorsports. Yet she manages to shock the world with her brazen comments and opinions. Is Danica going after vegans again?
In a recent story on her Instagram page, she shared an image from a doctor’s post. The doctor stated a few facts about muscle loss experienced after the age of 30, though he did not promote any sort of meat directly via his post. He wrote, “This leads to an exponentially higher risk of injury & worst metabolic health with age. Eating a high protein diet & resistance training are the best way to fight against this.”
Though the doctor noted the importance of having a protein-rich diet to build the muscles and working out, Danica added, “Eat meat. Lift weights” to her post. This might not go well with some NASCAR fans who are strict vegans. One’s culinary choices are one’s own, and fans very well know Danica’s choice by now.
