Bubba Wallace and his wife Amanda Carter, who are expecting a baby, shared a big announcement via their Instagram. Wallace, with the help of his friends, came up with a unique way to reveal the gender of the baby. It was a treasure hunt for Easter eggs. And after collecting all the eggs, the couple had to crack them open.

In total, there were 23 eggs, so there were 12 necklaces of the color representing the correct gender of the baby and 11 necklaces of the other color. Both Amanda and Bubba started to open up the eggs. The pink necklaces were associated with a girl baby (which Amanda was wearing), and the blue ones were for a boy (which Bubba was donning). Bubba, after a slow start, made a good comeback and was the one to get to 12 necklaces, which meant the couple was having a boy.

Recently, Stewart Haas Racing star, Chase Briscoe and Marissa shared an update that they were expecting a second baby. They didn’t go overboard like the Wallace family in revealing the gender of their baby. Why do you ask? It’s because Marissa is expecting both a boy and a girl, and they are going to be blessed with twins. This was indeed good news for the SHR driver, in turbulent times where his future with SHR and in NASCAR hangs in balance.

While Bubba himself has been running hot and cold this season in the Cup Series, but this news should act as a motivating factor for him to do better. As soon as the couple posted the wholesome video via their Instagram handle, Wallace’s fans and supporters started sending in their best wishes.

Hamlin’s fiancee, Jordan Fish, on the other hand, was awestruck by the whole gender-reveal ceremony. She wrote, “😭😭😭😭 I love this so much”.
