Drag racer and star of the famous TV show, Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings, Lizzy Musi (33) passed on Thursday after her battle with breast cancer. Lizzy was diagnosed with triple-negative stage 4 breast cancer, which had spread to her lymph nodes and liver. She was scheduled to travel to Germany for a special cancer, but unfortunately, couldn’t make it.
The news about her death was shared by her father, Pat Musi, via his Facebook account. “Surrounded by her Family, in the comfort of her own home, Lizzy was called to heaven at 11:25 pm tonight. Thank you for all the prayers and support throughout her battle, At this time, the family would like to have time to process, grief and make arrangements in peace. we will give an update as soon as we have information to share.”
Lizzy, just like her father, was an accomplished race car driver, competing in the ADRL and PDRA drag racing series. However, she rose to fame and success with the TV show Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings. Apart from that, she’s also been featured on the cover of Drag Illustrated for her accomplishments in February 2014.

Having been diagnosed with breast cancer, she remained honest and brave throughout the process. Showcasing her traits of resilience and strong character from the racetrack into her personal life. Her demise also comes as a big loss to Jeffrey Earnhardt, as the couple shared a special bond. Lizzy often made appearances on Jeffrey’s Instagram account, where he would share wholesome clips and photos of the two enjoying each other’s company.

As soon as the news got out, NASCAR fans started sending prayers and condolences to Lizzy’s family, including Jeffrey Earnhardt. “Super sad news, she was a great racer. Also I had no idea she was dating Jeffery.”
Some fans even went onto Jeffrey’s Instagram account to send their condolences. “I am deeply sorry for your loss please know that when you ride she will always be there. The angel you never knew you needed. ❤️ Prayers for all.”
2024 in particular has been sad for NASCAR and American motorsports. Recently, Xfinity Series driver, Kyle Weatherman’s mother-in-law, Barbara-Ann, also succumbed to death after fighting against breast cancer. So, this news was certainly distressing for fans to take in. “Christ that’s awful. Thoughts and prayers to Jeffery and her family.”

Meanwhile, some fans were worried about how Jeffrey, and how Lizzy’s death would affect him. “Damn, that sucks to hear. Hope her family can find peace. Not sure how much more tragedy and craziness Jeffrey can take either. Hope he can find some peace as well.” This particular fan was left stunned when he learned about Lizzy Musi’s death, “this is shocking to me. Rest in peace.”
