Kevin Harvick and Anheuser-Busch’s partnership was one of the most iconic ones. When Harvick posted on his socials about Anheuser-Busch commemorating their 13-year partnership, one fan didn’t hesitate to share his story. He said, “Very cool! Busch Light became my beer of choice due to their sponsorship of the #4 car and that will continue. Cool to see them continuing that support as well! 4EVER A CHAMPION!”
Just like this, there were many comments, and this just shows the impact of Harvick on the sport and the love this partnership garnered. Anheuser Busch set up a finishing tank in their headquarters which features a 4ever logo. Harvick gets emotional talking about his time with the group. He said, “To be able to have this live here forever, I guess. It’s what it says forever is pretty neat.”
The partnership had its pinnacle moment in 2014 when the iconic beverage adorned the sides of the No.4 en route to the Cup Championship. After this race, Harvick made his place among the NASCAR’s elite. Then in a collaboration between Budweiser, AB brand Busch Light, and Stewart-Haas Racing (SHR), surprised Harvick with a throwback Budweiser paint scheme and fire suit. This happened last year during his final race at the South Florida Oval.
Matt Davis, vice president of partnerships at Anheuser-Busch said: “This surprise paint scheme is just another way we are celebrating Kevin, his loyal fans, and his storied career on the track.”
Another standout moment was the Busch Guy campaigns which showed fans another side of Harvick, his personality, and his humor. Another moment was the introduction of the “Millennial Car.” It was a special paint job filled with millennial-themed emojis and slang that Busch Beer crowdsourced millennial phrases on Twitter. This unique take got significant attention from NASCAR fans especially younger fans. To unveil the car’s design, Busch created digital shorts starring Harvick as he learned the meaning of the phrases featured. The full campaign garnered a total of nearly 100 million digital and social impressions!
After a career that lasted two decades, he finally decided to hang his boots from competitive racing. Well, he didn’t cruise far from the sport even after.

Speaking in an interview with Speedway Digest and sharing his thoughts on his experience in the FOX booth calling Cup races, Harvick said, “On the television side, it’s a lot of people. To be able to know and understand how that process works and be able to work with different people… I’ve been fortunate to not to have to get to know Clint (Bowyer). Mike (Joy), I’ve not known personally, but to get to know him and be able to be comfortable in the booth, we’ve had a good time calling the races.”
At an interview with Fox 5 Atlanta, Kevin Harvick was asked if it’s weird to pull up to the tracks, except this time not for the garage. He said, “Well, it’s a lot less stressful. I know that for sure. I don’t have to worry about how fast my car went, who’s mad at me this week, what time do the meetings start? We do have a lot more meetings than what I had with the team, but all that is way lower than it used to be.”

Harvick expressed that the best part of being in the booth is not having to hit anything. He says, “ These cars are brutal to hit stuff in, and I don’t have to worry about that anymore. So that’s been pretty exciting to just be able to take my headset off, put it on the counter, and go to the next one.”
Kevin Harvick is fully embracing his retirement, enjoying the slower pace of life. However, fans were thrilled to see him behind the wheel again recently, stepping in for Kyle Larson. But most fans love Harvick’s commentary in the booth!
