After the Martinsville race, Kyle Larson said that he found the move to be ’embarrassing’ and demanded NASCAR make a rule against it. And as a result, his post-race interview attracted a considerable amount of backlash from some other members of the NASCAR community.

For example, spotter Brett Griffin called out the hypocrisy in Larson’s reaction to Chastain’s move. After all, it was Larson himself who tried to ride the wall last season.

Furthermore, Dale Earnhardt Jr too thought that Larson’s reaction to Chastain’s move was ‘salty like a jilted ex.’ In fact, he said that a reaction like this would have been acceptable from Denny Hamlin. And this was because it was Hamlin whose chances of qualifying for the final 4 were ripped apart due to Chastain’s maneuver.

But now, it seems that Kyle Larson is not the only one who feels that the move should be banned. In fact, he now has an ally who feels the same. In his recent Tweet, Jeff Gluck revealed that Daniel Suarez also feels the same. He wrote that although Suarez felt that the move was “super cool,” but he thinks it is not “real racing.”
