Recently Samantha Busch, wife of Kyle Busch, appeared on a podcast. Over there, she talked about a number of subjects, one of which was the couple’s foray into being a family. In all honesty, it had been a long and arduous journey to finally become a parent, but it was all worth it.

She said, “We were so young. You remember the NASCAR baby boom. Everybody was having kids and we were so excited to start our family. It just didn’t happen, but looking back on it a decade later, you know that God puts you through things for a reason. People always ask me, ‘If you could change something in your journey, would you?’. It’s been hard, you never want to face the things you had to face. Because of all the challenges, we’ve been able to uniquely help people in different ways.”

What next for Kyle Busch and his wife Samantha?
Recently, the couple were blessed with a second child after years of trying. In the process, Brexton Busch became the proud big brother of a baby sister called Lennix. Both Kyle Busch and his wife applied for surrogacy after years of trying and it has finally borne fruit. To say that the Busch family were absolutely delighted to expand their clan, would be a gross understatement. Even his brother Kurt Busch was thrilled to be an uncle once again.

There was a bit of concern whether Busch would be available to race. Considering that he is a father once again, one would not blame the #18 driver for opting to skip a race or two. Especially if he wants to spend time with his newborn daughter. Unfortunately for him, there isn’t any sort of break in between races. So he will have to cherish what little time he gets in between race weekends to be with little Lennix.
