After a season to forget for Rowdy, the holiday season was the perfect break for the family. Kicking things off with a visit to Las Vegas around Thanksgiving, the Busch family is back to celebrate Christmas in style. It’s not just the Cirque du Soleil evening that is being talked about.
Samantha Busch went on to give fans a peek behind the curtain and posted moments of the kids enjoying their Christmas gifts.

Samantha Busch delighted fans by sharing the Busch family’s Christmas celebrations on Instagram. The post showed the family surrounded by laughter and joy. Samantha captioned her post: “Merry Christmas from our family to yours!! Jesus is the reason for the season! #happybirthdayjesus.” The caption is just perfect, and it goes with the festive spirit. The Instagram post showcased heartfelt moments, such as one video showing her daughter adoringly hugging a doll and, in another one, their son enthusiastically showing his gift to Kyle.
Samantha also posted a story where her daughter is getting ready and she title her story as: “My heart she got a mini vanity like mommy’s.” In the picture, she has a small makeup and vanity set which she uses in front of Samantha’s ring light and mirror. Perhaps Lennix also has it in her blood to become a social media influencer, just like her mother. However, the star of Christmas for the family was Brexton’s gift; a new boat. Reposting an image that fans saw on Brexton Busch’s Instagram page, Samantha Busch showed off the new boat Brexton received, complete with the #18 badging. For those who may not know, it’s the number he uses while racing in the amateur stock car leagues.
It even gave rise to some light banter between the mother and son. Samantha Busch warned him about not eating fish from Lake Norman, with scares about radioactive waste being buried under the water. To the warning, young Brexton had a surprising reply, when he said, “It’s not radioactive. Hey if I haven’t died in how many years, how many fish should you eat? How many have I touched?” Despite his mother’s warnings, he jested, “I will. We’re going to catch 1 and we’re going to bring up.”

It was a tiny glimpse of just how chaotic and fun Christmas in the Busch household is. While opening gifts was an important part of the whole day, the family had other plans for the evening before. They visited Cirque du Soleil, a tradition Samantha Busch adores. She went on to share images from their evening, with the mother-daughter duo dressed in pink and the father-son in black. It was a gentle reminder that despite the difficulties drivers face on the track, off the track they’re regular people who want to enjoy with their families.
Kyle Busch will soon move out of the holiday spirit as he gears up for 2025 NASCAR season. After wrapping up 2024 with Richard Childress Racing, his focus is on clinching another Daytona 500 victory and further solidifying his legacy as one of NASCAR’s greatest drivers. Beyond NASCAR, fans are also cheering for Busch in upcoming events like the Chili Bowl Nationals and the Tulsa Shootout, where his passion for racing will continue to shine.

Regardless, he still has a few days before he marks his return to the track. He continues to enjoy Christmas for just a little longer, and so do other drivers from NASCAR.
How other drivers celebrated Christmas

This celebration isn’t just unique to the Busch family; the joy is seen across the celebrity world, as it should be. NASCAR fans also remember the festive posts of Dale Earnhardt Jr.‘s wife. She shared similar moments, where we can see the tablecloth says Frohe Weihnachten, which is German for Merry Christmas, honoring Dale Jr.‘s German roots. Junior’s family moved away from Germany decades ago before making their mark in NASCAR.

Similar celebration with family is seen among other drivers as well. One prominent driver who shared this moment was Joey Logano. Right from the sweaters to making the day for the underprivileged, Joey Logano did it all alongside his wife. The couple attended a charity Christmas dinner and then proceeded to bring gifts for kids as part of the event.
His teammate, on the other hand, did Christmas a bit differently. It wasn’t just about the holiday spirit and bringing loved ones together. Ryan Blaney tied the knot with his Gianna Tulio just a few days earlier and spent the joyous occasion decorating trees and creating memories with their dogs!
